The parties of SPIC are the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Tomsk Oblast Administration, Tomsk mechanical engineering LLC - the investor, OJSC Tomsk Electromechanical Plant named after V.V. Vahrushev "- the contractor.

It is assumed that "Tomsk engineering technology" will produce and upgrade the import-substituting products for Public Joint Stock Company Gazprom. The production will be organized on the basis of Tomsk Electromechanical Plant named after V.V. Vahrushev. During seven years - the period of validity of the special investment project - 1250 million rubles are planned to invest into the project.

The project aims at replacing the foreign-made products: the blow-off and regulating air and electrically powered valves of Mokveld Company (the Netherlands).

Implementation of the project will meet the Gazprom group's needs in this nomenclature from 2016 to 2022 inclusively.
