The products of the Tomsk "Elecard Devices" Company have entered the Unified Register of Russian Programs for computers and databases since 2016.

The Register was created to support domestic producers in order to increase the use of Russian  programs for computers and databases, and to confirm their origin from the Russian Federation.  Five products of the resident "Tomsk" SEZ have entered the Register of the Ministry of  Communications of the Russian Federation.  CodecWorks Encoder is a software transcoder of the streaming video in MPEG-2, AVC/H.264  and HEVC/H.265 formats intended for creating software and hardware encoding solutions.

High  efficiency of using the server computing resources allows saving on the equipment of the head  IPTV stations, provides an opportunity to increase the number of broadcasted channels or make  the transition to HDTV broadcasting without upgrading delivery channels. It is used in video  surveillance systems, video conferencing, when processing video in real time mode.  Elecard SenSay is a service that provides quality control of video streams in the sphere of  organization and delivery of OTT and IPTV television, content preparation for DVB  broadcasting, and video surveillance systems.  

Elecard Converter Studio Pro is a program for converting media data with high speed and  professional image quality. Support of the Cluster encoding turns the task of converting the huge  multimedia archives to quick work thanks to distributing the processing load between the  computers united in the local network. The ability to fully automate the process of encoding the  files falling into a specific folder, converts the program into a tool for convenient content  preparation.  Elecard StreamEye Studio is a set of applications for professional video quality analysis and  detection of errors in the encoded stream for further video compression optimization, and  verification of compliance.  The software solution V-Cinema is a high-performance and easy-to- maintain server for the  organization of "Video on Demand" services on the basis of all modern methods of delivery of  multimedia content over IP networks.
