Efficiency of Special Economic Zone Tomsk is 100 % in 2016

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation published the estimation of the efficiency of the special economic zones (SEZ) for 2016, where the indicator of the Tomsk SEZ reached 100 %.

 Estimation of the efficiency of the SEZ in 16 quantitative parameters, as well as four indicators reflecting the effectiveness of residents, the profitability of investing in the infrastructure of the SEZ, the activities of SEZ management bodies.

 According to the results of the evaluation for 2016, the value of SEZ efficiency in the SEZ in Tomsk was 100 %. The efficiency of residents was estimated at 212,71 %, the profitability of investment of budget funds – 395 %, the effectiveness of governing bodies – 101 %.

 As of December 31, 2016 in the territory of the Tomsk SEZ 69 residents were registered (100 % of planned indicator), 9 of which in 2016 (180 % of planned indicators). Part of residents of Tomsk  OEZ -  10 work with attraction of foreign investments. In total, Tomsk SEZ residents created 1,822 jobs (107 % of planned indicators), including 268 in 2016 (206 % of planned indicators).

 The volume of companies investments in 2016 amounted to 2,6 billion rubles (224 % of planned indicators), since the beginning – 10.2 billion rubles (119 % of planned indicators). The revenue of the residents in 2016 amounted 2.96 billion rubles (208 % of planned indicators), since the beginning of the operation Tomsk SEZ – 11.6 billion rubles (120 % of planned indicators).

 Since the beginning of the operation of the SEZ Tomsk residents paid 1,7 billion rubles (105 % of the planned indicators) to the budgets of all levels, from them in 2016 – 326,28 million (131 %). Customs payments in 2016 amounted to 5,68 million, customs privileges – 2,55 million. Residents used the tax remissions in the part credited to the federal budget, by 39 million, to the regional one – by 30 million.
