The Tomsk Region Governor Has Signed Agreements With Three Companies at the U-NOVUS Forum

The governor of the Tomsk region Sergey Zhvachkin signed agreements between the region and PAO “Rostelecom”, OOO “Clover Group” and the Association of Technological Communities at the U-NOVUS solutions forum.

With the largest Russian provider of digital services, the Tomsk governor has agreed to cooperate in the field of digitalization of urban economy. The signature on the document was put by the vice-president of Rostelecom, director of the Siberia macroregional division, Nikolay Zenin.

The national solution developer “Clover Group” is committed to participating in the digital transformation of the regional economy and social sphere, developing effective cooperation models for education, science and business, as well as creating an R & D -center in the Tomsk region and implementing projects of the Cross-industrial Center for Joint Technological Development and the School of Key Researchers. The signature on the agreement was put by Natalia Samoilova, director of corporate communications and interaction with the authorities of “Clover Group”.

With the Association of Technological Communities, the regional authorities will implement the “roadmap” of the National Technological Initiative and the “Kruzhok Movement” program, which include the “NTI Contest”, the “Mentor School” and other projects. The agreement was signed by Natalia Kravchenko, director for strategic development of the “Kruzhok movement” of the National Technology Initiative.
