The “Mikran” project won the competition of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation

According to the decision of the interdepartmental contest committee formed by the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation, 11 organizations, which include research centers and companies developing products, services and platform solutions based on cross-cutting digital technologies, will receive grant support of the Russian Venture Company in the amount of 2.8 billion rubles.

The “Mikran” project involves the development of fifth-generation (5G) radio modules of base station in the most widespread Sub-6 frequency coverage. The company plans not only to create a hardware platform, but also to develop software for digital beam-forming and digital signal processing. In addition, specialists will develop their own elements of the analog highway within the framework of the project.
