A subcontractor of SEZ – LLC “Gorseti” is planning to put into operation a transformer substation of 50 MWth which would provide residents with the necessary power supply in the SEZ territory some time in February 2021.

The main advantages of SEZ are land and access to infrastructure.  The residents receive prepared land lots with fixed boundaries without bidding procedures, with free technical conditions for utilities’ hook-up, which have already been brought to each lot.  During construction, the rent of the land is paid for at a reduced rate, and after the start of operations, the company can buy the lot out at its cadastral value.

Assets of three residents have already been put into operation in the territory of the southern site of SEZ “Tomsk” as well as a multifunctional sports center, created at the expense of a private investor.  Two residents are at the construction stage.
