Tomsk Governor And Gazprombank Head Agree to Develop Cooperation

The Governor of the Tomsk Region, Sergei Zhvachkin, and the board chairman of Gazprombank Andrey Akimov held a business meeting in Moscow, during which they discussed the perspectives of participating in one of the largest national financial campaigns in the realization of investment projects in the region.

During the one and a half-hour meeting the head of the region and the head of the bank discussed, in particular, financing such investment programs and projects as the construction of “Holland Quarter” and other housing projects of Tomsk house building company, the building of the interuniversity campus, development of new products on the Monolit-Stroy enterprise, increasing the credit line for realizing import substitution programs of the manufacturer of food products Kaheti and others.

Sergei Zhvachkin and Andrey Akimov looked into the possibility of participation of Gazprombank in branches of the regional economy with large investment potential.  These branches include the forest industry complex, wild crop processing, and the development of the commercial fishing complex.  The delegation of Gazprombank will visit the Tomsk Region for getting acquainted with the plans of business companies in more detail.
