Tomsk Region Governor Broadens Business Support Measures

The head of the region signed a resolution, which regulated the order of the new measure of state support for the industry.  For instance, a loan for capital loan financing must be taken out this year in a Russian bank, and the amount of compensation cannot be more than 5 mln. rubles per enterprise.  The receiver of the state support must be on the regional list of backbone organizations and is obligated to keep the average payroll count at no less than 90% and the average monthly salary no less than the minimum salary in the Tomsk Region.  One can receive the new measure of state support through the regional Industrial Development Fund.
