Simplified Taxation System Companies To Receive Tax Holidays

The due date for tax payment in the simplified system of taxation (SST) for 2021 and the first quarter of 2022 for individual entrepreneurs and organizations in certain economic sectors is prolonged by six months with payment by installments to follow.  This act was signed by the Chair of the Government, Mihail Mishustin.

The extension of the due date in the simplified tax system applies to enterprises in the sphere of wood processing, production of pharmaceuticals, computers and electronic devices, motor transport, electric equipment, food products, drinks, clothes, paper as well as enterprises in the printing business. 

Besides that, this measure of support will apply to the companies in the sphere of tourism and hospitality, healthcare, sports, and entertainment.

The tax holidays will allow the businesses to direct funds towards product development and pay salaries.
