Tomsk Companies and Gazprom PJSC Discussed Cooperation in Import Substitution and Technological Development

During the working visit of the delegation of Gazprom PJSC led by the department head Grigory Kuropatkin in the Tomsk Oblast the representatives of the energy company got acquainted with the manufacturing capacities of the leading machine-building and radioelectronic companies of the region partnering with Gazprom PJSC in equipment and component supplies.
The delegation visited Tomsk Electromechanical Plant (TEMP), RPC Micran JSC and EleCy JSC. Director of TEMP Ivan Pushkarev demonstrated the process of blow-off and control valves manufacturing for Gazprom PJSC. Manufacturing of these products is now possible thanks to the modernization carried out with the financing provided by the partner.
Director General of RPC Micran JSC Vera Paramonova presented the inventions in the field of microwave electronics: telecommunication, radar and measuring devices. Micran has been designing and supplying communication equipment for Gazprom PJSC for over 20 years. The radio relay stations manufactured in Tomsk operate at Gazprom sites across the country.
During the working visit a meeting took place at the headquarters of Gazprom transgaz Tomsk LLC. The meeting was attended by the representatives of Gazprom PJSC, RPC Micran JSC, TEMP JSC, LEMZ-T LLC, Manotom OJSC, Elecy LLC, Sibkabel JSC, and the Tomsk universities — TUSUR, TSU and others. The participants discussed the opportunities to intensify cooperation between Gazprom PJSC and Tomsk companies in import substitution and technological development.
The cooperation between Gazprom PJSC and the Tomsk Oblast celebrates ten years anniversary in 2024. The supplies performed by the regional companies during this period have exceeded RUB 30 billion. In 2023, the Tomsk companies, including Elecy, Micran, TEMP, Cognitive Robotics and TSU, signed a number of long-term cooperation agreements with Gazprom PJSC for design, manufacturing and testing of high-tech import substituting products. In June this year, a new Roadmap for cooperation between the Tomsk Oblast and Gazprom PJSC was signed for the period up to 2027.
