Raduga (Russian for “rainbow”) came out shining in Verkhneketsky municipal area. Raduga is a new 25-meter-long swimming pool with four lap lanes and fitness hall. Constriction of this facility took two years; however, residents of our taiga-covered region waited for its opening far longer than that, as Verkhneketsky municipal area has had no fitness center over its entire 75-year history.
