Irish Petroneft announced discovery of a new oil deposit in Tomsk Region

This is the seventh discovery within license No.61 at North Varyakhskaya. The newly discovered deposit is located to the east of the Lineynoye oil field. It lies along Lineynoye to Arbuzovskoye pipeline which is planned for construction in the first quarter of 2012. Through its Russian subsidiary Stimul-T, PetroNeft holds a license for exploration and development of Tungolsky Area in Aleksandrovsky District, Tomsk Region, which contains Lineynoye, West Lineynoye and Tungolskoye oil fields with total C1+C2 reserves of 9,614,000 tons.
