Investors considering big projects in Tomsk Region

Yuri Gurdin, Deputy Tomsk Region Governor and Head of Tomsk Region Representative Office in the Russian Government and Evgeny Parshuto, First Deputy Mayor of Tomsk held a meeting in Moscow to discuss opportunities for building sports and shopping and entertainment complexes in Tomsk.

Yuri Gurdin and Evgeny Parshuto had a meeting with the board of directors of Krasnaya Ploschad ("Red Square") shopping mall chain and Magnit store chain. They also conducted negotiations with the management of ZAO Intersportstroy and ZAO ATS Sports Agency. The talks were focused on opportunities for investors to implement commercial projects in Tomsk Region and develop construction sites for large shopping and entertainment malls and sports complexes.

Background

Krasnaya Ploschad shopping and entertainment complex is one of the largest shopping malls in Europe. The complex in Krasnodar houses more than 300 stores, a family shopping and entertainment center, a cinema, a bowling alley, and a children's playground.

Magnit is one of the largest store chains in Russia with the biggest network of retail facilities in the format of convenience stores, hypermarkets, and beauty stores.

ZAO ATS Sports Agency provides sports consulting services, legal and financial support, and advertising and marketing consulting services.

ZAO Intersportstroy designs, builds, manages, and operates sports facilities from fitness centers to large multi-functional complexes.
