01.11.2013

The project provides for improvement of road services and expansion of roads at entrances to the city from the side of towns Kolpashevo, Yurga and Mariinsk.

The city building council of Tomsk studied the project of territory planning at three entrances to the city — there can be complexes with hotels, cafes, shops, parking spaces and petrol stations. According to the press office of the administration of the city, the territory planning project at entrances to Tomsk has been developed by Novosibirsk Company “ZapSibNIPIAgroProm”. It suggests improving road services and expansion of roads at entrances to the city from the side of towns Kolpashevo, Yurga and Mariinsk.

“From the side of Kolpashevo construction is to be close to the exit from the village from Berezkino, from the side of Mariinsk and Asino — close to the village of Novomikhailovka, in the direction of Yurga — on the border of Tomsk region and the town. The designed complexes will accommodate hotels, cafes, shops, car washes, petrol stations, parking spaces for cars and trucks as well as vehicle service stations and engineering constructions”, the report states.

It is added that at the entrance from the side of Yurga there can be an automobile weight-checking point and a logistics centre. All complexes will be built in one style.
