Sergey Zhvachkin, Mikhail Shishkhanov and Vnesheconombank (VEB) to revive the “Green factory”project

Sergey Zhvachkin, the Governor of the Tomsk region and Mikhail Shishkhanov, the president of B.I.N. Bank at that meeting agreed on renovation of timber industry investment project “Green factory” and approved its “road map”.

As a result of the meeting, also attended by Yury Gurdin, Deputy Governor of the Tomsk region for investment policy and property relations and Andrey Antonov, Deputy Governor on Economics, it was agreed to launch production in the first quarter of 2015. During the year 2014 B.I.N. Bank will finance the necessary work using Vnesheconombank’s funds.

“Together we managed to untangle a very complex web of problems associated with this project, - the Governor, Sergey Zhvachkin said. - The construction of the wood processing factory outside Tomsk will be completed through the funds allocated by the B.I.N. Bank in partnership with Vnesheconombank”

  The head of the region reported that according to the agreement, total investments into this project will amount to about 4 billion roubles.
