Tomsk Authorities Offer Investors Land for Construction of Swimming-Pools

Administration of Tomsk Region offered St. Petersburg Company “Basseyn” Ltd. plots of land for construction of 25-meter swimming pools, two of which aroused the investors’ interest.

Vice-Governors Igor Shaturny and Yuri Gurdin held a working meeting with St. Petersburg Company “Basseyn” Ltd. and discussed construction in Tomsk of a network of 25-meter swimming poos “Atlantika” for 8 and 12 runs. Two of them aroused interest of prospective investors — on Prospekt Mira and in District Solnechny.

“Basseyn” Ltd. has experience in construction of two dozens of swimming pools in Russian regions and studies the opportunity of working in Tomsk Region. The capacity of sports facilities makes up 2 400 people a day. They are intended for swimming, teaching children, for mothers with their children, as well as for aqua aerobics, water polo, underwater swimming and diving. The sports facilities include a sports, health-improving and children’s swimming pools, a cardio gym, a fitness hall with yoga, pilates, cycle and gyms.
