Creation of the New District of Business Activity in Tomsk SEZ is planned

On the territory of the South ground of the Special Economic Zone "Tomsk" the construction sites of the administrative, business and exhibition center, sport objects and social domestic buildings were allocated.

The receipt of applications from potential investors, ready to take up the construction has already started. For organizations having status of SEZ investor the preferable working terms will be offered: minimal rental charge for the lot - 0.002% from the cadastral value, free of charge connection to the engineering services and absence of tendering procedures during lot distribution.

The investors will get these preferences when SEZ supervisory committee approves the project and makes agreement on collaboration in the field of SEZ infrastructure development with the Economic Development Ministry of the Russian Federation.

"The territory which is meant for the Special Economy Zone for location of the administrative infrastructure objects, - is one more site, interesting for potential investors", - emphasized Yuri Gurdin, the Deputy Governor on the investment policy and property relations.
