Tomsk Region took the lead in the rating of Association of Innovative Regions of Russia

According to AIRR experts who monitored the events and media life activities in April, Tomsk Region took the lead staying ahead of Krasnoyarsk Krai, Kaluga Region and the Republic of Tatarstan.

Following the rating of innovative proactiveness in the federal and regional media space, Tomsk Region (48 events) is ahead of Krasnoyarsk Krai (36 events) by 12 points. The third place was shared by Kaluga and Novosibirsk Regions, 25 events each.

It should be reminded that following the results of the year 2013, Tomsk Region already became the leader in the rating of the Association of Innovative Regions of Russia. The memorandum of foundation of this international organization was signed in Tomsk as part of the XIII Innovation Forum INNOVUS. The Association strives to assist its member regions in their efficient innovative development based on recognition of various long-established patterns of scientific and technical growth.
