Gazprom invested more than 1 bln rub in creation of production at Tomsk Electromechanical Plant

In October, 2016 in VI St.Petersburg International Gas Forum the Minister of Industry and Trade of Russian Federation Denis Manturov, deputy Governor of Tomsk region on investment policy and property relations Yuriy Gurdin, CEO of Gazprom Invest Project Oleg Nagovichin and CEO of TEMP Ivan Pushkarev signed one of the first special investment contract in country.

In accordance with a document TEMP and Gazprom constructs cooperative company for producing blowoff valves and control valves, and also electric wires. The volume of investment into the new production is 1.5 billion rubles.

CEO of TEMP, delegate of the Legislative Duma of Tomsk region Ivan Pushkarev showed to the Governor rooms of future productions where so far there are installation and construction works.

As the plant's director noted, over 1 billion rubles are already invested in the project, and during its realization on TEMP more than hundred cargo containers with the machine-building equipment of production of the Western European countries arrived. Also Ivan Pushkarev reported, that in parallel the plant is engaged in modeling of future samples of the equipment.

The head of the region positively estimated speed of construction,  and noted that on the platform of TEMP "today were successfully crossed two vectors – of science and industry, resulting the production of world-class products".

"Installation and construction works at the plant go strictly according to the schedule, and this year new shops will work here, and the quantity of jobs will exceed five hundred, - noticed the Governor. Our machine-building enterprise creates one of the most difficult foundry productions on technology in Russia, successfully applies innovative approaches in mechanical engineering, and increases the product range. Today happens the second birth of TEMP and all Tomsk industrial production." – said Sergey Zhvachkin.

TEMP is one of the participants of the "road maps" for increasing the use of Tomsk products and technologies for the needs of Gasprom, which signed in January 2013 by the Governor of Tomsk Region Sergey Zhvachkin and the Head of Gasprom Alexey Miller. During this period, annual supply of Tomsk products and technologies to Gazprom group increased from 300 million rubles in 2012 to 3.5 billion rubles in 2016. In accordance with a document in 2018 it should be 8 billion per year.
