The Competence Center in the Field of Agricultural Cooperation And Support For Farmers Was Created

The main task of the new structure created in the framework of the national project “Small and Medium Enterprises” is to support farmers, private farmsteads and agricultural cooperatives of the Tomsk Region in obtaining grants for the creation and development of farms.

“The Competence Center is one of the areas of the regional project“Creating a Support System for Farmers and Developing Rural Cooperation”, aimed at increasing the number of entrepreneurship in agriculture.”

Until 2024, 124 farms will be supported under the project in the Tomsk Region, 664 small and medium-sized enterprises will be created, and the number of members of new agricultural cooperatives, including personal subsidiary farms and farms, will increase by 218 units.

The total funding for the regional project for 2019-2024 will amount to 233.34 million rubles.
