“Business development fund” is implementing the regional program of soft-term financing of production enterprises

“Business development fund” is open for applications for loans within the program of soft-term financing of production enterprises acting in the priority directions of the Tomsk region industry. 

Basic financing conditions:

-          Loan amount – from 5 to 25 million rubles.;

-          Loan term – no more than 5 years;

-          interest rate – from 1% to 5% per year, depending on the specific character of the project;

-          The general project value must be no less than 7,15 million rubles., no less than 30% of the general project value should be payed by the finances of the applicant;

-          The principal amount of the loan is payed quarterly after 2 years from the issue date.
