Tomsk Entrepreneurs to Be Able to Receive Loans at 1 Percent Interest Rate

The Microfinancing Fund of the Tomsk Region offers low-interest loans with a 1 percent interest rate to small and medium businesses in the region. The special offer will be in effect until September, 30th.
The Microfinancing Fund of the Tomsk Region is introducing a program of low-interest financing to small and medium-sized businesses in the Tomsk Region, offering loans at a 1 percent interest rate. The special offer will be in effect until September, 30th.
The 1 percent interest rate will be in effect from the moment of signing the contract until December 31st, 2020, and starting from January 1st, 2021 it will be equal to the acting key interest rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, effective on the date of signing the contract.
It will be possible to use the loan from 500 thou to 5 mln. rubles to finance the current activity or an investment activity. The term of the loan is two years. With that, the credit user will receive a payment deferral up to six months.
