Tomsk Region to support entrepreneurs amidst the COVID-19 outbreak

The possibility to receive subsidized loans by entrepreneurs at 6% interest with a simplified loan receipt procedure and flexible repayment schedule has been provided for in the regional plan for supporting local businesses.  An application for such a loan can also be submitted remotely.

Another important point is property support.  Entrepreneurs, who rent state owned property can receive deferral of rental payments till the end of 2020.

Small and medium-size enterprises can take advantage of tax breaks.  By the order of the Chief of State, entrepreneurs can receive a 6-month payment deferral for all types of taxes, except for VAT.

Deferral of payment of contributions to statutory social and pension insurance schemes for microenterprises has been arranged.  A half-year moratorium on applying for bankruptcy of enterprises by the creditors has been introduced.
