The Tomsk Region Developing Cooperation With PJSC Gazprom Neft

Within the framework of the roadmap “Expansion of utilization of high-tech products manufactured by enterprises in the Tomsk Region, including import-substituting products” in the interests of PJSC Gazprom Neft, deputy governor of the Tomsk Region Igor Shaturniy conducted an online meeting with representatives of PJSC Gazprom Neft.
Heads and specialists of core-business departments of PJSC Gazprom Neft, LLC Gazpromneft-Vostok, LLC Gazpromneft – Technology Partnerships, as well as of Tomsk industrial organizations and universities took part in the meeting.
The participants of the meeting noted that the action items of the roadmap, which expires in 2020, have been successfully carried out. In 2019 the volume of purchases of material and technical resources and industrial services by the companies of PJSC Gazprom Neft from Tomsk manufacturers was 27 billion rubles. Tomsk enterprises collaborate most actively with Tomsk's daughter company of PJSC Gazprom Neft – LLC Gazpromneft-Vostok. The share of the enterprises of the Tomsk Region in the contract portfolio of LLC Gazpromneft-Vostok in the last three years has gone up from 13% in 2018 to 34% in 2020.
LLC Gazpromneft-Vostok is switching to strategic and long-term relationships with Tomsk enterprises. Most of the contracts have been made for a medium-term of three to five years.
Tomsk manufacturers, including SIAM company, OJSC Manotom, JSC Tomsk plant of electric drives, LLC Tomsk Cable Factory, LLC Elcom+ presented new projects to their partners for creating import-substituting production.
“Collaboration of the Tomsk Region with Gazprom Neft has long term possibilities, also, both sides are interested in continuing it. The people in charge have set the objective of bringing the action items of the roadmap up to date before the end of the year as well as broadening the list of its participants and complementing it with new projects from Tomsk companies”, - deputy governor Igor Shaturniy emphasized.
