Development of the special economic zone is going according to the approved project of area planning, aimed at forming a highly comfortable environment for scientific, production and research activities.  The territory is divided into three functional zones: research and production, which takes the main part of the territory of the SEZ, social and business zone and public and maintenance zone.

 Land marking has been completed, it is not necessary to undergo bidding procedures for land lot allocation, and the rent is low.  After completing construction of buildings, the company can obtain ownership of the land, by purchasing it at cadastral value.

Service lines have been brought to each lot – electricity, water, gas, heat, optic fiber, communication networks, technical connection to them is carried out for a nominal fee.
