The microfinancing fund of the Tomsk Region has launched a program “Financing current activities for the newly started small and medium sized businesses”.  Small and medium sized businesses can receive low interest loans with the interest rate of 2.5% to 6% a year within the framework of this program.

Loans are granted in the amounts of 50 to 300 thousand rubles for the period of 6 to 24 months.  On top of that, the entrepreneur will get a deferred payment on the principal up to half a year.

The loan can be spent for financing working capital, paying rent, taxes, insurance deductions to non-budgetary funds, bills payable, and salaries.
