Tomsk Region And Gazprom Transgaz Tomsk To Develop Cooperation

The head of the Tomsk Region and the general director of OOO Gazprom Transgaz Tomsk signed an agreement on cooperation and interaction.  The sides agreed on stimulating investment projects, developing industrial and scientific potential, assistance in issues of gas supply and gasification of the Tomsk region, including the increase in carrying capacity of gas control units.

A separate section in the agreement is devoted to the social and economic development of the region.  Thus, the company intends to assist in maintaining the level of employment of the populace, development of social sphere, develop and realize programs in the sphere of culture, sports for children and for the masses, environmental friendliness, participate in social and economic programs in the Tomsk region.  The Tomsk Region and Gazprom Transgaz Tomsk will also cooperate in the informational sphere and environmental conservation activity.
