The Tomsk Region Rating is confirmed at ruBBB+

Rating agency Expert RA confirmed the credit rating of the Tomsk Region at ruBBB+.  The forecast on the rating is “stable”.

The analysts of Expert RA positively evaluate the level of Gross Regional Product of the Tomsk region per capita, fast pace of growth of all budget forming taxes and social focus of the regional budget. 

Of the positive results of interaction with the federal center, one should make  note of the structural improvement of the regional business portfolio by way of conducting the next restructuring of budget debt and receiving a new budget loan for settlement of market liabilities.
