Utility providers of the Tomsk region working under the regional investment standard

Vladimir Mazur, Governor of the Tomsk region, has signed cooperation agreements with utility providers OOO Tomskvodokanal, OOO Gazprom Gazoraspredelenie Tomsk and OOO Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Novosibirsk.

The subject of the agreement is the cooperation between the parties in introducing the regional investment standard in the Tomsk region, primarily in terms of the practical implementation of the best algorithms of investor’s actions for the access to the engineering infrastructure.

The agreements will contribute to the creation of a barrier-free environment for business in the region. The concluded agreements confirm the intentions of the utility providers to cooperate with the regional authorities in terms of improving the investment climate.
