The participants of an on-line survey held by Krasnoyarsk railway supported a project on high speed railway between Krasnoyarsk and Novosibirsk through Tomsk.

On the eve of Krasnoyarsk Economic Forum, the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI) published the list of top 5 most attractive Siberian regions from the point of view of investment opportunities: Tomsk Region, Krasnoyarsk Krai, Kemerovo Region, the Republic of Khakassia, the Republic of Tyva.

The “single point of contact” mechanism was created for investors in Tomsk region in 2013, investment council started its operation under the supervision of Governor of Tomsk region Sergey Zhvachkin, investment map of the region was created and investment portal updated.
