At the first stage of the competition, which is conducted by the Tomsk region administration together with Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics (TUSUR), the young scientists of Tomsk region presented 47 projects solving the region’s priority tasks in four areas, including wireless communication technologies, virtual and augmented reality, robotics and neurotechnology
On April 10, Tomsk region Governor Sergey Zhvachkin held in the region's administration the first meeting of the supervisory board of the Cross-industry joint technology development centre, which the head of the region established along with National Research Tomsk State University and National Research Tomsk Polytechnic University.
