Small and medium-size enterprises to receive a deferral on rental payments

Small and medium-sized enterprises will receive a possibility to make an additional contract with provision for a deferral of mandatory payments, which were required before 2020 and to make those payments in equal instalments in 2021 or on other conditions, proposed by the tenant.

State enterprises and institutions can also make additional agreements with small and medium-sized enterprises on deferral of rental payments.  The conditions will be based on understandings between the parties.

This measure is aimed at supporting entrepreneurs who have encountered difficulties in connection with the spread of the coronavirus infection.
