Residents Of Special Economic Zone “Tomsk” Patent 15 Inventions In 2020

In the years that SEZ residents have been operating, they have registered more than 330 objects of intellectual property (patents, inventions, utility models, trademarks, know-how) part of them were patented in Europe and the USA.  Most of the inventions have to do with the development of software, biotechnologies, chemistry, and petroleum chemistry.

The commercialization of scientific development results allowed residents to make 24 bln rubles during the years of SEZ's existence.

SEZ provides the necessary facilities to its residents for creating innovations in IT, electronics, medicine, nanotechnologies, and other spheres.  One of the main effects of this work is the mutually beneficial cooperation of science and business.  Scientific developments of SEZ's residents have provided the basis for real industrial processes of major holdings.

In this way, a resident of SEZ “Tomsk”, “Kontek-soft” company, develops software in the business management sphere.  Today there are 40 licenses and patents on automated enterprise control systems, as well as systems of financial payments under the resident’s belt.

“MOYE Ceramic-Implantate” company has patented a useful model “First finger wrist joint”.  The production of the company is in demand in the sphere of traumatology and orthopedics across the country.
