Otkritie Bank And Tomsk Region Administration Sign Strategic Partnership Agreement

At the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, the acting governor of the Tomsk Region, Vladimir Mazur, and the president – board chairman of Otkritie, Mihail Zadornov, signed a cooperation agreement.  The document envisages cooperation in realizing concessional projects in constructing objects of infrastructure and social sphere, support, and development of small and medium-sized business in the region.

According to the agreement, joint work is planned on investment projects, as well as on financing programs for building academic institutions, residential buildings, automobile roads, including projects with the use of the mechanism of public private partnership.  Specifically, the agreement envisages active participation of the bank in financing on the basis of public private partnership of infrastructure projects of any complexity on the territory of the region, programs on stimulating development of residential construction, regional realization of national projects of Ecology and Safe and High-Quality Roads.

The bank plans to actively participate in realization of state programs on supporting small and medium-sized entrepreneurship in the region, as well as in joint cooperation with the guarantee fund of the Tomsk Region.
