Tomsk SMEs raise more than 5.4 billion rubles within the National Guarantee System

In 2022, the small and medium enterprises of Tomsk region obtained financial support for the total amount of over 5.4 billion rubles under the national guarantee system run by the SME Corporation. More than 260 companies benefited from the financial support.

The “Small and Medium Entrepreneurship” national project provides entrepreneurs with a guarantee support to raise the necessary funds in case of insufficient collateral security.

The region has been interacting with the SME Corporation virtually since its inception. Tomsk region has become one of pioneers of integration of digital platforms enabling entrepreneurs to learn about business support measures that are applied at the regional and federal levels.

In 2022, the small and medium enterprises of Tomsk region obtained financial support for the total amount of almost 2.2 billion rubles under the loan incentive program implemented by the SME Corporation in cooperation with the Bank of Russia.

Under the program of preferential investment loans launched last August, ten companies of Tomsk region have been granted long-term financing for innovating investment projects at the rate of 2.5-4% per annum for the total amount of more than 820 million rubles.
