Project developed by a Tomsk SEZ resident wins national award

Sibagro's project in the field of agriculture based on computer vision, which has been developed by the IT company NTR (Tomsk SEZ resident), has become one of the winners of the national award Artificial Intelligence Leaders.

The NTR project allows to regularly monitor animals, analyzes their behavior and helps operators to ensure their proper development by creating a 3D model.

 The system puts a virtual mark on video image of an animal, pre-diagnoses problems and transmits a signal to an expert. This helps to provide targeted aid to an animal in the most efficient and timely manner.

According to predictions, artificial intelligence is capable of increasing production efficiency by nine percent, which will ultimately have a favorable impact on the final cost of such important processes as animals nursery and fattening.
