Tomsk SEZ starts the engineering center construction in 2023

Currently, the documentation is being prepared for a tender to select a contractor for the construction of the engineering center. The design and estimate documentation is completely finished and has passed the state expert review, the cost account has been recalculated for the prices of 2023. It is planned to build 6,000 m² of laboratory space at the SEZ expense, which will close a gap for the active residents and create a reserve for attracting new ones.

Now 67% of the office space and 91% of the laboratory space in the Tomsk SEZ is taken.

The engineering center in the Tomsk SEZ will become a testing ground for strengthening cooperation between the leading engineering school of the Tomsk universities and high-tech enterprises.
